FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - The sun made a partial return today, and while we won't see a ton of it this weekend, we should see a little more - especially Sunday. Both weekend days will have highs in the 30s.
A Winter Storm is likely next week somewhere in the Midwest, but it is just too early to say where. Monday and Tuesday we will mild, and all the precipitation will be rain. By late Tuesday low pressure will move out of the Plains and move northeast. But where will it go? The models have the path jumping around from run to run, so can't say yet. It is looking likely that we will see at least some snow Christmas Eve Day, and a white Christmas now seems possible. Anyone traveling in the Midwest by car or air should keep up to date on this situation.
