Sheridan Flexes Muscle In 1A Semistate Romp Over Churubusco

(Indianapolis) - Nick Zachery ran for five touchdowns as top ranked Sheridan ran its winnign streak to 35 games with a 48-13 win over Churubusco Friday night in the 1A semistate.

The Blackhawks raced out to a 34-0 lead before the Eagles got on the board on a Brandon Hiatt scoring run and a Cameron Amber to Paul Liggett touchdown pass.

Sheridan will try for its third straight 1A state title next Friday.
