Woman Held In Allen County Jail Charged In Chicago Murder (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- ABC7 out of Chicago is reporting that a woman held in the Allen County Jail has been charged in the murder of a teacher in Chicago.

According to ABC7, Police found the body of 61-year-old Alan Filan the morning of January 21. Filan was a teacher at Brother Rice High School in Chicago. Autopsy reports show that he was stabbed multiple times.

Alisha Walker, 20, who has a history of prostitution has been charged in the murder of Filan. She is currently being held in the Allen County Jail. Authorities believe she was solicited through an online service by Filan. Police are still trying to determine if the killing was random or premeditated.
