FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) --- A grassy lot next to the Unity Barbershop on East Pontiac Street will be turned into a shrine for homicide victims November 19th.
The property's owner, Foundation One, keeps a scrapbook of all the people killed in the city since 1980.

The plan is to have the names of more than 770 victims scrawled on paper cutouts that will be set in the ground.

Foundation One/Organizing Crime Victim Event: " I just want us to come together and quit talking about it, let's jump in here and try to solve this problem, because it might be your family member next, or another one of my family members."

Foundation One, who as a teen was a shooting victim himself, claims to have lost five relatives to the ravages of homicide.

The tribute starts at the Pontiac Street location around one p.m.
