FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21ALIVE) --- Taking another stab at rescuing collective bargaining rights for Fort Wayne city union workers.

City Council met Tuesday evening, and one item on the agenda, a proposal for a "do over" on the controversial vote to end negotiating rights for six non-public safety unions.
