FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - IPFW is showing off its new $31 million student housing project which will be opening this year.

The project adds four-new residential buildings along with a student community clubhouse.

This is the second-largest addition to IPFW’s student housing.

The first phase came in 2004.

Administrators took student feedback into consideration when designing the new facilities.

Vice Chancellor of Financial Affairs Walt Branson says, “We went with one room type that has two students in one bedroom, so we could hit a lower price point because we had a lot of students interested in a little bit cheaper apartments.

Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Move-in day for students is August 19th.
