FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – It's something you think you'd only see in big cities like New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago, but the food truck phenomenon has made it's way to the Summit City.
Ten food trucks have invaded downtown Fort Wayne for the second annual "Foodstock" Saturday afternoon.
Jumby's Joint, Ragin' Cajun', and Wise Guys Ice, are just a few of the featured trucks. Vendors with the Food Truck Association say that even though they're technically competing with each other, it's always a friendly time.
“Each and every truck that's here, everybody who's here is family now. It's just been incredible to be able to work with everybody here and be competitors in the industry but be able to uphold and fulfill everybody's plans and obligations here as a business,” said Jim Garigen, owner of Jumby’s Joint and President of the Food Truck Association.
The food trucks will be at One Summit Square until 8 p.m. Saturday.
