Ellsworth Comments On Arizona Immigration Law

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Democrat Brad Ellsworth didn't want to say much about the lawsuit until he had read it but, as a former Sherifff, Ellsworth said he favors only legal immigration. He says the failure of the federal government to enforce current immigration law has forced Arizona to act.

Ellsworth said it wouldn't hurt for the President to visit the border to see firsthand what problems Arizona is facing.
