Authorities Work To Recover Cash From Fort Wayne Scammer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21ALIVE) --- A crafty Fort Wayne con artist is headed to prison, but is he proving that crime, in some cases, does pay?

Prosecutors would argue it's good news that Joseph Cain is facing punishment, but it's doubtful whether the eight or more victims he scammed will get much of their money back, though authorities aren't giving up hope just yet.
