AAA Anounces its Memorial Day Weekend Travel Forecast

USA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In just a few weeks, millions of Americans will kick off their summer driving season just as kids end their school year and the first holiday of the summer hits.

AAA released its Memorial Day Weekend Travel Forecast predicting gas will be at record high prices across the nation.

It's expected that 34.9 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more over the Memorial Day Weekend. That's up slightly over last year.

The Memorial Weekend Forecast will provide some insight on how fuel prices will impact summer driving trends.
