UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Toyota has not yet escaped its mechanical problems.

The automaker says 270,000 vehicles worldwide, including Lexus sedans, have potentially faulty engines.

Toyota has received 200-complaints in Japan, but there have been no reports of accidents linked to the problem.

Officials are considering a recall.

This would come after more than 8-million vehicles were recalled this year and last, because of accelerator problems.
