Snider, Luers Sweep Doubleheaders; South, Concordia Split, Wayne Girls Prevail

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Snider and Luers took both ends of Summit Athletic Conference basketball doubleheaders Friday night, while South Side and Concordia split their twin bill.

Akilah Sims hit for 22 points and Meredith Shipman 14 as Snider's girls bounced Northrop 72-57

Alaina Schwartz topped the Bruins with 15.

Bryson Scott clicked for 24 points and Brenton Scott 18 in Northrop's boys' 59-54 win over Snider.

Germaine Robinson paced the Panthers with twelve points.

DeJoyah Johnson showed the way with 15 points and Ariana Simmons and Lynnia Noel added eleven each in South Side's 65-50 girls win over Concordia.

Lauren Marinko had 15 for the Cadets.

Brian Gremeaux tallied 15 points and Marq Rogers twelve to pace Concordia's boys over South Side 59-42.

Deion Williams' ten points led the Archers.

James Blackmon's 31 points were the highlight of Bishop Luers' 76-69 win at Bishop Dwenger.

Michael Kindler had 23 for the Saints.

Miracle Woods hit for 19 points and Brooke Ridley 18 as the Luers girls got by Dwenger 48-33.

Alyssa Gibson led Dwenger with nine points.

Imani Moore totaled 22 points in leading Wayne to a 75-38 girls win over North Side.
