Snider Defense Stops Wayne; North Side, Dwenger, Luers, Concordia Advance (VIDEO)

UNDATED (21 Alive) - Snider stopped Wayne with stout defense, while North Side, Dwenger, and Concordia rolled up big wins and Luers got by Heritage late.

Donavin O'Day tipped a Wayne pass and then picked it off and ran in five yards for a second half touchdown as Snider took down Wayne 15-7.

Four Wayne turnovers were key, including two interceptions by Sedrick Hides, the last of which killed Wayne's last drive to tie the game in the final minutes to secure the win.

The Panthers advance to play another SAC team, North Side, who rolled over Huntington North 42-20 with Mike Lovett throwing for 302 yards and three touchdowns and running for a fourth.

Mike Fiacable threw for two touchdowns and Ryan Watercutter took a punt back 57 yards for a score as Bishop Dwenger built a 42-0 halftime lead in their 45-7 pasting of Angola.

The Saints advance to Meet East Noble in 4A.

David Morrison was a one man wrecking crew for Concordia with three touchdown passes and three touchdown runs in the Cadets' 48-15 romp over Bellmont.

Jake Minich caught two of Morrison's touchdown passes to help Concordia advance to host Bishop Luers in the 3A sectional final.

The Knights scored their second win in the postseason after an 0-9 regular season with their 18-13 win at Heritage, as Noah Wesnesky hit Chance Young for their second touchdown connection of the game with 15 seconds remaining.,
