North Tops Snider; South Game In Indy Ended By Brawl; Concordia, Leo, Woodlan, Adams Central Win (VIDEO)

UNDATED (21 Alive) - North Side topped Snider, South Side was involved in a brawl in their game in Indianapolis, and Concordia, Leo, Woodlan, and Adams Central scored high school football wins Friday night.

Mike Lovett tossed three touchdown passes, one of them to Nick Cook who also had a rushing touchdown, and North Side bested Snider 27-13.

Colton Painter threw two touchdown passes to Isaiah Newton for the Snider scores.

South Side's game at Indianapolis Tech was stopped in the third quarter with the Archers trailing 24-6 when a brawl that included players, coaches, and fans erupted when a player from one of the teams was kncoked out of bounds.

As of Friday night there was no word on when the outcome of the game would be determined, and that an investigation would be done.

David Morrison threw for 322 yards and a touchdown and ran for another score as Concordia bested Bishop Luers 17-14, dropping the Knights to 0-6, continuing their worst start to a season ever.

Jaylin Bennett rushed for 193 yards and three touchdowns while Corbin Smith hit Greg White with a pair of touchdown passes to pace Woodlan's 43-0 whitewash of Garrett.

Andrew Hammond threw for 133 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Adams Central's 32-22 win over South Adams.
