Luers, Norwell, Canterbury Roll To Sectional Titles

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) -Bishop Luers, Norwell, and Canterbury lived up to their state ranking with easy sectional championship wins Saturday night.

Miracle Woods tossed in 19 points and Addie Reimbold 14 as Luers outscored Churubusco 19-1 in the first quarter and pummeled the Eagles 72-27 in the 2A Adams Central Sectional final to advance to play Fremont at the Rochester Regional.

Norwell broke open a tight game in the second half to pound Bellmont 63-41 in the final of the 3A Mississinewa Sectional, and earn a spot against NorthWood in the Bellmont Regional.

Kindell Fincher and Darby Maggard each had 22 points and Bailey Farley 20 in 1A top ranked Canterbury's 96-52 romp past Lakewood Park in the Lakewood Park Sectional title game, moving on to play West Central at the Caston Regional.
