Komets Take Down Las Vegas, Go 2-1 On Trip West. (VIDEO)

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (21 Alive) - Chris Auger had a pair of goals to lead the Komets to a 4-1 win over the Las Vegas Wranglers Sunday in the final game of the three game matchup between the two teams.

Jace Coyle and Brandon Marino had the other Fort Wayne goals as the K's rose to 2-2-2 with the victory.

Playing in his third straight game in goal since joining the team Friday, Andrey Makarov turned back 35 of 36 shots to get his second win.

The Komets fly back to the Midwest Monday, and will not even come home, bussing instead from Indianapolis to Evansville for their Wednesday 10:30 am date with the Icemen.
