FORT WAYNE, Indiana (21 Alive) - Patrick Kelley ran in a 16 foot birdie putt on the first extra hole Sunday to claim the Fort Wayne Men's City Golf Tournament at Autumn Ridge Golf Club.
Kelley began the final round with a two shot lead, but a charge by Joe Hayden with a three under 69 closed the gap, and both men finished the regulation 54 holes at one over par 217.
Playing the par 4 first hole, both men reached the green in two, but it was Kelley to hit his birdie putt while Hayden's six footer to extend play went right of the hole.
Ryan Olbin was third at 219, while Travis Hemsoth and Johnny Strawser tied for fourth at 222.
21 Alive's Curtis Smith finished at 259.
