IPFW Volleyball Reaches .500 With Win (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - IPFW moved to a perfect 6-0 at home this season with a women's volleyball sweep of Toledo Tuesday night 3-0 ( 25-22, 25-17, 26-24, evening the team's record to 10-10 on the season.

Emily Spencer recorded her ninth straight double-figure kill effort with 17 against the Rockets, while Kendall Wienkes added a dozen for the Mastodons.

Madison Spence dished out 39 assists, as Jen Milligan had a match-high 18 digs. Somer Johnson recorded a career-high five blocks, as Summit League Player of the Week Hailie Ripley had four for the 'Dons.

The Mastodons are on the road for their next three matches, starting at IUPUI on Saturday.
