FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - Six players reached the double figure scoring plateau, as IPFW outran Kalamazoo 110-74 on Saturday.
The 110 points are the second-most in IPFW's NCAA Division I era, and the 16 three-point field goals are the second-highest total in program history.
The win gives IPFW a record of 12-5, the best 17-game start to a season for IPFW as a member of NCAA Division I, and is tied for the fourth-best start in the entire history of the program.
Luis Jacobo and Joe Reed each scored 18 points for the Mastodons, while Mo Evans scored 15 points. Isaiah McCray scored 14, with Steve Forbes and Pierre Bland each scoring a dozen.
The Mastodons return to action on Thursday when they open Summit League play at home against preseason favorite North Dakota State.
