Carroll Boys, Girls Score Wins Over Homestead In PKs (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Indiana (21 Alive) - Carroll's soccer boys and girls posted key wins over Homestead Monday night.

Bayden Lee netted the deciding penalty kick goal and Michael Didion stopped a Homestead penalty kick try that gave Carroll their 5-4 win in PKs and a 1-0 win over Homestead.

The win made Carroll 6-0 in the Northeast Hoosier Conference and they need a win art Columbia City next monday for the Chargers first outright NHC title since 2003.

Matea Knispel had both Carroll girls goals in regulation and one of their scores in the penalty kick period to lead the 3-2 win over Homestead.

The win put Carroll at 5-1 in the NHC.
