Hupe Nips Hall's For District Little League Title

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Colton Cooper raced home from third with the tiebreaking run following an error in the fifth inning and Hupe Insurance took the Little League district championship, also lnown as the City Championship, 3-2 over Hall's Thursday night.

Once beaten Hupe, of St. Joe, never led Hall's, of Foster Park, until that fifth inning play, as Hall's first took leads of 1-0 and 2-1.

A Hupe team last won the title in 2005.
