Homestead Remains Perfect; New Haven, South Adams, Dwenger, South, Northrop Victors

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A school record 56 yard field goal by Nolan McMahon was part of Homestead's 31-10 win over Carroll Friday night that kept the Spartans unbeaten at 7-0.

Zach Terrell threw two touchdown passes, and ran for a third score for the Spartans.

Lydell Trainor raced 99 yards for one of his two touchdowns, while Te'Vaughn Hurse went for 125 yards and a score to help New Haven to their 19-13 win over Bellmont.

Dustin Wanner raced for three touchdowns and 205 yards and South Adams rode his lead to a 21-7 win over previously unbeaten Garrett, whose star runner Todd Frickey was held to 58 yards and kept out of the end zone,

Mike Fiacable passed for two scores while Steven Espinosa ran for a touchdown as Bishop Dwenger scored its biggest win of the season 28-14 over 3A top ranked Indianapolis Chatard.

Donovan Clark threw four touchdown passes and ran in two additional scores in leading South Side to their 47-7 demolition of Wayne.

Detreck Wilson ran for a touchdown while Chris Jones connected on field goals of 36 and 34 yards that made the difference in Northrop's 12-7 win over Concordia, the Bruins' third straight win after an 0-4 start.
