FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Notre Dame tight end Tyler Eifert announced Friday that he will return to South Bend for his senior season.

The Associated Press 2nd team All-America player says he listened to friends, families and teammates before coming to his decision.

Eifert caught 63 receptions for 83 yards and 5 touchdowns this season.
