Grady Eifert clicked for 19 points and Kyle Hartman added 14 to show the way in Dwenger's season opening 56-48 win at Concordia.
D.J. McCall and Reggie Tharp each had 13 to top the Cadets.
Enis Becirevic continued his hot scoring hand with 24 points to power Northrop to a come from behind 67-58 win over Wayne.
Justin Mitchell's 19 points were high for the Generals.
Andre Grant hit for 20 points and J.J. Foster 15 in Bishop Luers's 81-76 win at South Side.
Donovan Clark's 24 points for the Archers led all scorers.
Andrew Kus knocked down 21 points and Nate White 15 as Canterbury got past Adams Central 58-53.
Blade Kable was the Jets' top point producer with 17.
