WATERLOO, Ind. (21Alive) - DeKalb High School head coach Mike Cochran has left the program.

Barons athletic director Ron Kock confirms that Cochran is no longer with the team, but would not say the reasoning behind Cochran's departure; or if that depature was a resignation or firing.

Assistant coach Mike DeVos has been named interim head coach.

Cochran went 28-44 in seven total seasons as DeKalb head coach from 1998 to 2002 and 2011 through 2012.
