FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Damian Strohmeyer has captured some of sports' most historic moments over 20 years as a photographer for Sports Illustrated.

His pictures continually grace the cover of the world-renowned magazine, giving athletes and fans a single glimpse of some of sports' greatest moments.

Strohmeyer says his favorite picture is of New York Giants wide receiver David Tyree's clutch catch against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII. Tyree's catch helped the Giants win another world championship, and gives sports historians a lasting image of Super Bowl history.

Strohmeyer will reflect on his career and other iconic sporting events he's covered at a lecture Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. at IPFW's Neff Hall. Admission is free, and open to the public.

Strohmeyer joins Tommy Schoegler and Kent Hormann on Sound Off to talk about his career.
