FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A look around the Fort Wayne TinCaps' clubhouse shows faces from different places that make up the team.

Whether coming from the West Coast or South America, coming to Fort Wayne can be a big adjustment for many players.

The TinCaps have set up host families, who welcome players into homes, give them home-cooked meals, maybe give them a few snacks for their apartments and becomes their home away from home.

In this week's Behind The Scenes, we look at the host families who have become a vital part of the professional baseball experience for the TinCaps.
