Sound Off With The TinCaps: Behind The Scenes - July 9

MIDLAND, Mich. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Minor League Baseball is often a grind. For young prospects, the road to the Majors is often spent on six-hour bus rides, in cheap motels and at late night fast food joints.

For the TinCaps, the low-A affiliate to the San Diego Padres, many of the stars on the roster were at their high school proms just a few months ago. Others, learning English is part of the professional baseball experience.

In this week's Behind The Scenes, the 'Caps give us an inside look in the clubhouse in a recent road game at Great Lakes. How the team waits out rain delays, prepare for a game and build that important team unity.
