Sound Off With The Komets: K's Get Familiar With Shootouts- Mar. 12

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Fort Wayne Komets score two points in three games last week to remain in second place in the Turner Conference.

The K's lost at Dayton, 4-3, on Tuesday, and dropped 5-4 and 4-3 shootout losses Friday and Saturday to Evansville.

Five of the Komets' last 12 games have gone to shootouts. Fort Wayne is 1-4 in those tilts.

The Komets have 78 points on the season, 2 back of the IceMen.

The K's host Laredo in a weekend double header. Friday, the Bucks come to town for an 8 p.m. faceoff; then they return Saturday night for a 7:30 game. Tickets are avaliable.
