TinCaps Take Series Opener At Lansing

LANSING, MICHIGAN (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Lee Orr and Austin Hedges had RBI doubles in a three run fifth inning that helped pave the way for a 7-2 TinCaps win at Lansing Saturday night.

Orr and Hedges each drove in two runs, and Kyle Gaedele added a run scoring double as well, while Travis Jankowski had three hits.

Erik Cabrera pitched into the sixth inning for his first wii, Cody Hebner got his first save with three and two thirds innings of shutout relief, and the two combined for nine strikeouts.

The series continues Sunday in Lansing.
