Russell Returning To Mad Ants, Third Of Callups To Come Back

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Mad Ants guard Walker Russell, Jr., called up to the Detroit Pistons earlier this month, was cut by the Pistons Wednesday and will be back with the Ants Friday.

Russell is the third of four Ants called to the NBA to return, with Cameron Jones and Ron Howard coming back days ago.

The trick now is to mesh the returning players with the ones who remained with the Mad Ants, ahead of games this week with Sioux Falls and Austin.
