Indianapolis (Indiana's NewsCenter)- The Colts have a new head man and it's clear that he will be very different from the guy that came before him.

Chuck Pagano was officially introduced as the news head coach of the Colts on Thursday. He was clear that he is an emotional guy and that you would see that emotion on the sidelines. That is quite a change from former head coach Jim Caldwell.

Pagano also pointed out some changes on the field saying that he likes his guys on defense to be turned loose and wants them to react, not think. Offensively, you can expect the Colts to put more emphasis on the running game.

Another new feature from the head coach was a sense of humor. When asked about the Peyton Manning situation, Pagano said he had a text out to Rob Lowe.

The state of the Colts organization is no laughing matter however and Pagano has a lot of work to do in order to turn around a team that went 2-14 this past season.
