INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21 Alive) - Paul George hit a career playoff high 30 points and added eleven rebounds as the Pacers finally turned back the Atlanta Hawks, winning the deciding Game 7 of their NBA opening round playoff series 92-80 Saturday night.

Lance Stephenson added 19 points and 14 rebounds, while Roy Hibbert enjoyed his best game of the series with 13 points and five blocks.

David West scored just four points, but had 13 rebounds and six blocks as Indiana rallied from an early deficit and kept the lead throughout the final three quarters.
