Megatron Sets Single Season Receiving Yards Record In Lions Loss

DETROIT (www.incnow.tv) - Detroit Lions All Pro wide receiver Calvin Johnson broke Hall of Famer Jerry Rice's record for receiving yards in a single season Saturday night, but his team fell to Atlanta 31-18.

Johnson caught eleven passes for 225 yards, passing Rice's 17 year old mark of of 1,848 yards, ending the night with 1.892 this season.

Atlanta's win clinched the Falcons home field advantage throught the NFC playoffs.
