FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Mad Ants announced on Sunday that the Memphis Grizzlies, one of their six NBA parent teams, have sent 6-5 rookie guard Jamaal Frankling to the Ants.

Franklin has joined the team in Reno for the NBA D-League Showcase, where they begin play Tuesday against Santa Cruz.

In 14 games with Memphis, Franklin, the Grizzlies' second round pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, had averaged two points and nine minutes a game, but had not played in nine of their last eleven games.
