FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - Matt Brogan turned back all six Kalamazoo shots in the shootout and William Lecasse netted the only goal of that shootout to give the Komets a 4-3 win over the visiting K-Wings.

The Komets three time erased one goal deficits, twice in the first period on goals by Simon Danis-Pepin and Kenton Miller, and then in the third period on the tying score by Jordon Southorn.

The win moved the Komets two points up on Florida for the final Eastern Conference ECHL playoff spot with ten games left.
