FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - The Gwinnett Gladiators spotted the Komets a 1-0 lead before scoring three unanswered goals for a 3-2 win over the K's on Sunday.

Brandon Marino opened the scoring seven minutes into the game to put the Komets on the board first, but Gwinnet tied it later in that period, scored in the second to take the lead, and in the third to extend that lead.

Simon Danis-Pepin pulled the K's closer with a power play goal with just 39 seconds left but there wasn't time enough to finish the comeback.

Ben Meisner stopped 22 of 25 shots and played well in the opinion of head coach Gary Graham.

The K's went 1-2 on the weekend after all the roster turmoil, and play next on New Years Eve at home against Toledo.
