Komets Drop 4-1 Decision At Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Former Komet Travis Granbois scored on a rebound with less than three minutes remaining to clinch what became a 4-1 win for the Bloomington Prairie Thunder over the Komets Tuesday night.

Kaleigh Schrock had scored early in the third period to bring the K's within a goal after they trailed 2-0 after two periods.

The K's outshot Bloomington 37-30 in the game.

The Komets, who did not play new defenseman Matt Krug in the game after adding him earlier in the day on assignment from Chicago of the AHL, host Dayton on Wednesday night.
