CHICAGO, Illinois (www.incnow.tv) - Patrick Kane's third goal of the game with 11;40 gone in the second overtime gave the Chicago Blackhawks a 4-3 win over the Los Angeles Kings, sending Chicago to the Stanley Cup Finals starting next week against Boston.

Chicago thus wins the Western Conference Finals four games to one.

Kane, who scored his three goals on just five shots, ripped one high past Jonathan Quick on a pass from Jonathan Toews for the winner.

Kane's second goal with about four minutes remaining in regulation appeared to have given the Blackhawks a win then, but the Kings tied it on a goal by Mike Richards with just under ten seconds left.
