(Fort Wayne) - The new Mad Ants of the NBA Developement League held an open house for fans Tuesday, just before head coach Kent Davison left on an extended trip to NBA rookie camps in the West. Davison told reporters and fans he will be checking out talent in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, trying to sort out talent that might be available for the D-League draft this fall. Davison's first priority will be a good point guard. He will be making notes on every player who could conceivably go to the Mad Ants, either in an expansion draft, college draft, or free agent.
