Komets Trample Port Huron

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - In front of a sellout crowd of 10,480 that came in spite of the snow, the Komets ripped the Port Huron Icehawks 9-1 Friday night

Konstantin Shafranov and Frankie DeAngelis each found the net twice, and Brad MacMillan, P.C. Drouin, Leo Thomas, Matt Syroczynski, and Sean O'Connor each scored once for the K's, while Tim Haun earned a career high 16th win of the season making 33 saves.

The Komets travel to Quad City for a Saturday night match.
