INDIANAPOLIS (21Alive) - The Indianapolis Colts inked two key deals Thursday and Friday as offseason roster building continues.

The Colts signed free agent linebacker D'Qwell Jackson on Thursday, and agreed to terms that will keep punter Pat McAfee on Friday.

Jackson joins the Colts after eight seasons with the Cleveland Browns, where he was a second-round draft pick in 2006. He was released by the Browns last week.

Jackson started all 16 games for the Browns in 2013, and tallied 143 tackles (92 solo), 1.5 sacks, 1 interception and 1 forced fumble with recovery.

Terms of Jackson's deal were not provided.

The Colts announced Friday they agreed to terms with punter Pat McAfee.

McAfee (@PatMcAfeeShow) tweeted its a five-year deal.

McAfee averaged 38.5 net yards in 76 punts in 2013, his fifth with the Colts.
