FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - LPGA professional golfer Amanda Blumenherst returned to the Summit City Friday to give a clinic to children.

Blumenherst, who previously lived in Fort Wayne, gave kids tips at the Lifetime Sports Academy at McMillen Park.

She says despite a busy tour schedule, coming back and giving back is something she tries to make time for.

Blumenherst is ranked 94th on the LPGA money list.

She also is enjoying married life, tying the knot in December with Oakland Athletics first baseman Nate Freiman, who once played for the Fort Wayne TinCaps.
