Gorman Signs With Wisconsin; Rupright Commits To Miami

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Wayne basketball star Lacia Gorman on Friday signed her letter of intent to play at Wisconsin, while Norwell junior center Jessica Rupright revealed Miami of Ohio to be her college choice.

Gorman, an Indiana Junior All Star last season, helped lead Elmhurst to a 3A state title in 2009, and moved to Wayne for her senior season following the closing of Elmhurst.

Rupright averaged 15 points and seven points as a sophomore last season and Norwell is 42-3 in her two varsity starting seasons.
