Westview Reaches 2A State Final (VIDEO)

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (21 Alive) - Westview's Warriors reached the 2A boys basketball state final for the first time in 14 years Saturday with thei 65-58 win over Lewis Cass at the semi-state in Huntington.

The big story was the second quarter where Westview outscored Cass 16-5 to get the lead they never gave up.

Chandler Arpy led the Warriors with 19 points, while Jordyn Bonrtrager added 18 and Jamar Weavrer 14.

Austin Keisling topped Cass with 20.

Westvew will meet Indianapolis Park Tudor for the state title next week.
