Swanigan Scores 6 In USA Title Win At U17 World Basketball Championships

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (21 Alive) - Homestead star Caleb Swanigan had six points Saturday in helping his USA Basketball Under 17 national team to the FIBA world championship in their 99-92 win over Australia in the gold medal game.

Swanigan also had six rebounds in twelve minutes on the floor.

The U.S. has now won all three times this championship has been contested and won every game they have played along the way.
