WARSAW, Ind. (21 Alive) - Western used a 16-8 advantage in the fourth quarter to pull away from Norwell Saturday night and win the 3A girls semi-state game at Warsaw 41-31.

The two teams, both plagued by poor shooting from the field, played it to a two point game through three quarters before Western took control in the key final eight minutes.

Jessica Givens and Carley O'Neal led the victorious Panthers with ten points each.

Hanna Smith's nine points led Norwell, which shot just over 21 per cent from the field.
