OSSIAN (www/incnow.tv) - The Norwell community honored the Knights' 3a state baseball champions with a rally Saturday night in the school gym.

The school was officially presented its third baseball title trophy by the 33-3 Knights, who won it with their 2-1 win over South Spencer Friday night.

The event was a chance for the school and the team to thank the fans and boosters for their support through the season.

Star shortstop and pitcher Josh VanMeter's last night in the Norwell gym will be followed by his Monday departure for Arizona and the San Diego Padres rookie camp.
