NECC Finals Set; Concordia, Luers, Wayne Girls Set

UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) - It will be the Westview and Fairfield boys and West Noble and Angola girls in the Northeast Corner Conference tournament finals, while the Concordia, Luers, and Dwenger girls got wins Friday night.

Jordyn Bontrager scored 19 points and Nic Raber 16 as Westview ousted West Noble 59-50 in one NECC boys semifinal, and will play Fairfield, a winner over Angola in the other semifinal, in Saturday night's final.

Kelsie Peterson had 16 points and Haley Richardson 14 to lift West Noble over Westview 48-38 in a girls semifinal, sending the Chargers against Angola, who won the other semifinal over Fairfield, in the Saturday girls final.

Courtney Smith tallied 32 points as Concordia's girls waltzed past North Side 70-22.

Bishop Luers won over Northrop 71-44 despite 16 points and 18 rebounds by the Bruins' Aleah Swary.

Alyssa Gibson clicked for 20 points to continue her hot hand as Bishop Dwenger racked up a 46-43 win over Wayne.
