HUNTINGTON, Ind. (21 Alive) - Homestead's boys and Carroll's girls won the team titles Saturday at the 56th annual Lime City Relays at Huntington North.
Jordan Davis keyed the Homestead boys win by taking both hurdles events and coming in second in the high jumper, accounting for 28 points to be the boys high point performer.
Rccords were set in both 100 meter dashes, South Side's Shaton Harris clocking 10.77 seconds for the new boys mark, and North Side's Dyamond Morris with a 12.05 performance for the new girls mark.
The team races were close, with Homestead edging Carroll 109-104 for the boys crown, and Carroll returning the favor by taking the girls honors with 100.5 points to Homestead's 96.
